Parque at Bellaire
Parque at Bellaire is beauty the upgrade units are beautiful. The office staff is great especial Ms. Cici she is the best ... manager that's been here at Parque at Bellaire.. She is laid back and always smiling she gives nice residents event I have been in the office when residnets comes in the office yelling because there car was tow because they did not following the rudes. Hidden Gem in Alief
We moved to Parque at Bellaire last month( August) and we can say we absolutely love it here. Great amenities and very friendly ... office staff. Gabriela was so pleasant and was very helpful in providing us with the information we needed. We love our 2 bedroom apartment, the only thing is the parking lot can get full sometimes but you can reserve a spot if you like. It's a very quiet and peaceful community. Defective Apartments exit door
This morning a family member was going to pick up my son to take him to school, and when he left the apartments; the exit ... access door hit his car and struck his paint. Apparently the gate sensor is not working properly and this is something that needs to be checked because it is damaging vehicles and can also hit someone. Please review this ASAP. Poor management
I’ve had many issues with my unit, I have been leasing here for 2 years. For the longest time I had a giant whole in the ... wall from a leaking ceiling, which I have provided pictures of. I went to management to get that issue resolved, however, every time I would show up Mary Vasquez, the manager, would tell me to write a good review on her so she could get maintenance to work on it, that seemed to be her priority instead of helping me resolve the issue in my apartments. I had rats because of the giant hole and the living conditions were inhumane. I started to have issues with the refrigerator, and I let management know that there were worms inside the refrigerator. Multiple times maintenance said that they would be able to help me out however, whenever maintenance spoke to Mary, they stated that Mary had told them “They could not help me”. I have also provided pictures of the bugs in my refrigerator and a video of maintenance saying they could help me. When I spoke to Mary about the refrigerator, she never gave me a solution as to what I should do. She just stated she “could not help me”. Mary, started to give me an attitude and avoid speaking to me whenever I would show up and complain about an issue with my apartment. Whenever I asked to speak to someone higher than her, she would state that “she is the highest personnel that I could speak too” whenever I asked for corporates information, she refused to give me the information and proceeded to kick me out of the office. The next day I showed up Ruby, one of the staff members, handed me a non- renew release form stating I can no longer renew my lease in a very disrespectful manner. I never disrespected anyone to get treated the way I have. I just wanted issue the in my apartment to be resolved as the conditions I am living in is not acceptable for anyone. Mary Vazquez, treated me unprofessionally including her staff, I had many issues with the apartment and when I would go up ... there they offered no help. They would constantly say that they would communicate with me and call me to fix the issue, that never happened. I would go up to the office and speak to them face to face when they wouldn’t call, they would seem to get upset with me. Mary kept saying to write a good review about her and she would always bring it up which is why I wrote one because I wanted my apartments fixed. Whenever I went to talk to Mary, about the situation she would avoid talking to me, she would be sitting in the office, doing nothing, making me wait outside for 30 min, when there was no one in her office. When she would come to speak to me, she would speak with an attitude, no respect and she would kick me out of the office. Mary said that she could not help me with a certain situation regarding my apartments, and said it was up to corporate, however when I would offer to contact corporate myself and ask for their contact information she refused to give it to me saying that “there was no one above her, she was the manager” when I asked Ruby, the other staff member she also refused to give me corporates information and kept saying that Ms. Mary was the property manager and that there was no one above her, she also stated that Mary told her not to give me corporates information. I moved in 8/29. I did the walk through, I keep reporting the same issues to upper management, they act like they are going ... to fix it just to pacify the issue but never fix the problems. Dish Washer never worked, it's rusted and has water just sitting in it. My apartment is now smelling like nasty river water. I am now seeing roaches crawl in and out the stove!! The stove is horrible. I cleaned and cleaned. I am not getting any help from no one. I literally have to wait until my lease up to move somewhere that actually has a maintenance and cares about their property. not even cooperate is helping!! unitl 201, Nia Taylor i also dont understand why do i have to keep calling and begging for WRH to address this issue. Constant Plumbing and Hot Water issues
This use to be a nice place to live, no issues what so ever but in the last few months it has been horrible! The water boiler ... constantly goes out and we have gone days with no hot water to be able to bathe in. We have to literally fill up a bucket with water and boil water to be able to have warm/hot water so shower with. Also, just recently my bathroom flooded with sewage water, the toilet, the tub and the floor are until now full of water, that I have spent all night trying to clean so it won't go into the bedroom. I called the emergency line for maintenance and the guy called back and stated that it was a plumbing issue within the whole building if that was happening and that he would call "Nikki" which is the apartment office manager. No one ever came out to fix it. I kept calling and my calls were ignored and until now my bathroom is flooded with water and not one person has came to even look at it to attempt to fix the issue. I am unable to use the toilet or shower and had to miss work due to this issue. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I pay my rent on the 22nd of each month, way before the due date and it's sad how quick they are to take the money but not willing to assist in repairing EMERGENCY issues. Just to give an example their whole maintenance crew quit on them all at once and that crew that quit was actually a very good crew that took care of issues right away and on the same day and now seems like there is no one to do the work or who care to help when there's an issue. Not once do they offer compensation or a discount for all the issues that occur, they brush everything off and don't care about any of the residents. A lot of things have changed since I moved in and before this was a pleasant community to live at and now it's a headache. Looking to move elsewhere very soon. Too many issues
When I first moved in everything was pleasant and I did not have any issues however, in the last 2 months or since new management ... took over there have been nothing but issues. I was told that there would be onsite security which is not true, on 2 separate occasions I called the courtesy security line and no one answered and neither did they call me back to address the issue. I have had my vehicle attempted to be broken into and requested to pay for an additional reserved parking spot which I was denied because they say it's only 1 per apartment and I feel with the attempted break in into my vehicle I should have been able to get one, I was going to be paying for it, it wasn't going to be free. The parking areas are very dark which is the reason it attracts thieves and it would be nice if that could be fixed maybe that would detour some of the criminal activities occurring on the premises. There are all kinds of weird people that walk onto the premises at various times of day and it NEVER use to be like this. I don't feel safe living here anymore. Also, for almost the last 2 months there has been all kinds of issues with the water being shut off, especially the hot water. I have had to take a shower with cold water at 5am due to no hot water! I have called the "emergency maintenance line" and had to leave a message which is NEVER returned and the issue not fixed. It's sad when you have someone like me that pays their rent on time if not earlier and have to experience all these issues with nothing being done about it. i didn't like my experience here at these apartments. The staff here in the office really dont care about you , they ... act like they do but trust me they dont . if you have any problems inside your apartment be ready to wait a couple days untill they come and fix it doesnt matter how many times you call to let them know about your issue . be carefull where you park because they will tow you for no reason . Parking is severely limited, the term reserved seems to be used loosely, staff is pleasant, maintenance crew is polite but ... I feel like my calls go unnoticed quite often.
